Folding Glass Conservatory

Every wing in the system is supported by 6 bearings of 31mm diameter
As every covering used on the wings is jointed, there is a covering for every angle
Because the bearings used are broad and double, it simple to turn the wings in every angle
Windows are 8mm and tempered
Maximum usable height is 2500mm (as a reference, it can be applied up to 2700mm).
The maximum width the wings can be used in is 600mm
The bending irons used are hinged
Fibre roving is applied from the frame
When requested, the fibre roving used can be applied from the wings
Stopper parts which lock the opened wings in place to prevent their being affected by wind or moving are included
Angled corner devices in the angled traverses in the system allow for easy mounting
Wing wedges in the traverses minimise the risk of water entering formed by the 45 degree angle.
There is no problem of locks becoming adjusted and opening in the wind.
Corner sections are cut cleanly and are not left open to error.
Because the joints are used in the shape of a large H, the risk of water entering through gaps in the joints is removed
By using a single joint the connection is shortened
The silicon used contains antibacterial material which prevents bacteria forming
Thanks to the 8mm UV added joints, the problem of yellowing is reduced to the minimum
